Eredi Baitelli was established in 1945 and has over the years specialized in screw-machining of metal components to drawing.

We turn precision parts from Ø 0.5 to 40mm according to customer’s specifications in brass, aluminum, free-cutting steel, steel and bronze. Recently we have increased the processing of lead-free alloys like Ecobrass, Cuphin, Deziron, CW724R-Ecosi as well as new dezincification resistant alloys.

Our special parts are used in various industries and application fields, e.g. plumbing & heating systems, faucets, valves, fittings and gas industry but also pneumatics, the electric or the automotive industry.

Our machine park is composed of more than 50 single- and multi-spindle lathes, such as Mori Say, Wickman, Schütte, Gildemeister, Hanwha and Tornos. It is constantly enhanced in order to comply with shifting market requirements and enables us to manufacture big series at very competitive prices.
