Whether exhibitor notice lists, appointments and inquiries or the interactive hall plan - everything you prepare there in advance can also be conveniently accessed via your smartphone during SHK+E ESSEN.
Add the companies that interest you and that you would like to visit at the stand to your exhibitor watch list.
Within your watch list you also have the option to sort your favorite exhibitors by hall or country and export them as a PDF or Excel file if you wish.
You can write to exhibitors specifically via the respective exhibitor profile and ask your questions. Exhibitors can then in turn reply to you via the closed exhibitor area. In the event of a reply, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address.
You have a question and don't know which exhibitor would be the right contact for you? For example, you would like to know which exhibitor offers a certain product at the trade show?
No problem - send an inquiry to several exhibitors filtered by product groups or to all exhibitors. Your inquiry will then be forwarded to suitable exhibitors.
You would like to plan your visit to the trade fair effectively and without long waiting times? Send the exhibiting company an appointment request for the event duration.
The exhibitor can accept it or make a counter-proposal to you. Once you have made an appointment, you can also save it in your calendar.
Exhibitors often offer special promotions at their booth: from special trade show offers to presentations to raffles.
Add stand events to your watch list. You can then either download them as an Excel file or add them to your calendar.
The visit planner in the interactive hall plan suggests a route for your trade show visit based on your favorite exhibitors.
You can select which entrance and exit you would like to use. You can either print out your individual visit plan or call it up via your smartphone during the event.
